HR Intern

Internship Details:

• Location:

  Bangalore

• Duration:

  4 to 12 weeks

• Stipend:

  5,000 (based on duration and performance)

• Eligibility:

  Open to students interested in gaining real-world exposure in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end

  recruitment process

  : sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support

  onboarding activities

  including documentation, induction sessions, and orientation programs.
• Help maintain and update

  HR databases, employee records, and HRMS tools

  .
• Contribute to

  employee engagement initiatives

  , events, and communication activities.
• Assist in drafting and updating .
• Coordinate with internal teams for

  performance management

  and feedback collection.
• Conduct basic research and support the HR team in day-to-day tasks.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed

  Bachelors / Masters degree

  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
