Job Description

Contingent Workforce Specialist

What You Will Do

Operational & Program Management

Manage the
day-to-day operations
of the Contingent Workforce (CW) Program
Monitor, review, and
approve new contingent worker requests
Act as the
first escalation point
for all CW issues, inquiries, and support needs
Ensure
smooth onboarding and offboarding
of contingent workers in partnership with stakeholders
Drive and maintain
audit processes
, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Cross-Functional Partnership

Provide guidance to
line managers
on CW guidelines, policies, and procedures
Collaborate closely with internal Adobe teams and the Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Partner with stakeholders for
quarterly initiatives
and
project-based efforts

Documentation & Process Improvement

Maintain and update
process documentation
Ensure processes are clearly communicated and followed by all stakeholders
Identify weak areas and recommend
continuous process improvements

Service Excellence

Deliver high levels of
client service and satisfaction
Perform additional duties as assigned

of experience in contingent workforce management, staffing, or HR operations

ServiceNow
(preferred)
Ability to handle sensitive information with
confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
