As an HR Analyst based in Surat with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition within the manufacturing or electronics industries, particularly EMS and PCBA. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the Program Manager and Promoter to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. - Managing end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles. - Working directly with leadership to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. - Ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Facilitating smooth integration of new hires with role-specific training and orientation. - Tracking hiring metrics and anticipating staffing needs to support business growth. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles, preferably in small or growing organizations. - Prior experience in hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries, especially EMS or PCBA, is highly beneficial. Key skills, abilities, and know-how that you should possess: - Deep understanding of modern recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and techniques. - Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management. - Ability to design and refine recruitment processes to align with business growth. - Proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics for improved hiring outcomes. - Comfort in managing multiple open positions and adjusting strategies in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will report to the Program Manager and Promoter, leading recruitment specifically for EMS industry roles, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and leveraging your expertise in recruitment tools, sourcing, and stakeholder management.
