As an HR Analyst based in Surat with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition within the manufacturing or electronics industries, particularly EMS and PCBA. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the Program Manager and Promoter to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. - Managing end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles. - Working directly with leadership to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. - Ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Facilitating smooth integration of new hires with role-specific training and orientation. - Tracking hiring metrics and anticipating staffing needs to support business growth. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles, preferably in small or growing organizations. - Prior experience in hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries, especially EMS or PCBA, is highly beneficial.
