• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment platforms
• Coordinate and conduct

  telephonic and in-person interviews

• Create and manage

  job postings

  across multiple portals
• Maintain strong

  candidate pipelines

  for current and future hiring
• Participate in

  campus recruitment drives

  and manage interview logistics
• Prepare and manage HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates)
• Maintain and update

  MIS reports

  and Excel trackers
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Ensure

  timely closure

  of all open positions
