Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the

    education industry

    (MBA/PG programs or similar higher education institutions)
  • Prior experience in

    team handling

    and managing on-ground marketing or admissions campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the

    student enrollment process, institutional branding

    , and

    academic outreach

    activities
  • Willingness to

    travel as needed

    for outreach events, seminars, school/college visits, and partnership development
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed

    student intake/enrollment targets

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work cross-functionally with academic and operations teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies

    to drive admissions and increase visibility of the MBA programs
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a

    marketing and outreach team

    to ensure performance, engagement, and goal achievement
  • Plan and execute student acquisition campaigns

    , including digital, offline, and event-based initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new

    student segments, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities

    with colleges, institutions, and corporate partners
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and info sessions

    to promote programs
  • Work closely with academic leadership to ensure marketing strategies align with institutional goals and brand positioning
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Track, analyze, and report key marketing KPIs to senior management, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Handle escalated inquiries or concerns from students, parents, and partners professionally
  • Play a key role in
