Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement Talent acquisition strategies

2. Sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking

3. Assessing and validating the profiles against the mandates

4. Scheduling the whole interview process and keep the candidate informed with feedback

6. Work closely with hiring managers and other stake holders to understand the hiring needs.

6. Salary negotiation with the shortlisted candidates and salary computation

7. Preparation of Offer letters, ensure smooth onboarding process for all the new hires

8. Prepare, maintain, and update the Hiring tracker and maintain data base of the candidates

Preferred candidate profile

MBA HR/MSW HR with at least 6 - 8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
