Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for IT roles including software developers, project managers, testers, and support staff.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and induction programs tailored for technical and non-technical employees.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with a strong focus on IT workforce dynamics.
  • Drive performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and training needs analysis aligned with IT projects and deliverables.
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and IT industry standards.
  • Coordinate compensation, benefits, and rewards programs competitive to the IT sector.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and reduce attrition in the IT environment.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and generate workforce analytics and reports for leadership decision-making.

Operations:

  • Oversee facility management, IT infrastructure coordination, and vendor management to support IT operations.
  • Manage administrative functions including asset management, office maintenance, and procurement for IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to understand project requirements impacting HR and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data privacy regulations, and workplace safety standards.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvement and operational excellence to enhance productivity.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and resource planning within HR and operational domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR and operations experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT talent acquisition, retention challenges, and IT workforce management.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and platforms commonly used in IT companies (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle employee relations in a technology-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of IT-specific labor laws, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in managing office operations, vendor relationships, and IT asset lifecycle.
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Relevant HR certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or equivalent will be a plus.
