Assistant Manager HR

We are looking for a skilled HR professional with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager HR in Gurgaon, near Huda City Center Metro. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, personnel management, and administration.

• Manage the recruitment process, including generating offer letters and relieving letters for employees.
• Oversee personnel management, ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, and payroll regulations.
• Coordinate administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and documents.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are advantageous.
• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, payroll, and personnel management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with HR software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
