The primary responsibility of this role is to design and develop engaging, easy-to-understand, interactive, and gender-inclusive course content tailored for first-generation learners. Our children range from Nursery to class XII, many being the first in their families to attend school. The Course Manager will curate lesson plans using materials from various sources, including NCERT Books, Vikram Sarabhai Institute, Khan Academy, and Pratham, ensuring maximum learning outcomes and retention. Responsibilities 1. Ability to plan creatively and prepare comprehensive, holistic plans. 2. Collaborate with the senior management team to optimize instructional delivery. 3. Develop engaging course structures and lesson plans for classes from Nursery to XII STEM part. 4. Design interactive activities that complement the lessons. 5. Creating Quarterly assessments for YR and Gurukul by thoroughly analysing the need. 6. Enabling the integration of Ed-tech platforms with lesson plans through a tech-savvy mindset. 7. Review and finalise lesson plans and assessments prepared by Course Coordinators. 8. Provide solutions to queries related to lesson plans. 9. Prepare Training material for Educators Training to deliver classes effectively, following the lesson plans. 10. Analyse and update lesson plans based on feedback and learning outcomes. 11. Supervise Course Coordinators and guide them in improving the efficiency of lesson plan development. 12. Maintain course structure datasheets. Qualification and Experience: 1. Experienced educators and academicians with a background in course development for school-going children and young adults with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience. 2. Good Writing skills and Team Management skills 3. Comfort with basic technology such as laptops, tablets, office suite applications and project management software. 4. Should understand how to use ChatGPT for integrating lesson plans. 5. This is a full-time offline position based at our head office in Lucknow.
