Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager HR in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-11 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist seniors in fulfilling human resource requirements through consultation with heads of different functional and operational areas.
  • Handle employee joining and leaving formalities, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement effective selection procedures, test constructions, and administration to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Identify training needs and prepare Training Calendars for the coming financial year to ensure continuous learning and development.
  • Coordinate with department heads for training programs and ensure feedback to improve effectiveness.
  • Impart orientation training to all new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Prepare Training and Development documents as required.
  • Manage employee grievances and maintain cordial employee relations, while also maintaining discipline and a harmonious working environment across all levels.
  • Facilitate various insurance schemes like Med claim, group insurance for all employees, and arrange welfare activities in the factory.
  • Assist in establishing the Performance Management System across the plant and be actively involved in Employee Probation and Performance Management Systems.
  • Maintain Manpower Status and track them in the Departments.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in human resource management, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with HR software and systems, including recruitment and performance management tools.
