Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective recruiting strategies, collaborating with department leaders, and HR colleagues to fulfill staffing needs, and delivering a positive candidate and new-hire experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with company growth and staffing needs. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, team dynamics, and department goals. - Plan and optimize recruitment campaigns to attract diverse, high-quality candidates. - Proactively identify sourcing channels and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and talent databases. - Review applications, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates" skills and qualifications. - Coordinate interview scheduling, conduct interviews, and guide hiring managers in candidate fit assessment. - Manage end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration of new employees into the organization. - Work on employer branding and recruitment marketing to enhance the company's reputation and online presence. - Monitor and track key recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend process improvements. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment. - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, onboarding practices, and applicant tracking systems. - Hands-on experience with HRIS, recruitment software, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and understanding of talent acquisition trends and labor laws. Additional Details: The job is full-time and based in Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The company values a Master's degree in the education qualification.
