Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications and fit

  • Assist the HR Manager with daily operational tasks and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain discipline and foster a positive work culture within the organization
  • Conduct research and development to improve HR processes and policies
  • Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken)
  • Strong soft skills, including interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
  • Effective presentation skills to communicate HR policies and updates
  • Strong email writing and professional correspondence skills
