Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR, located in Aurangabad. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring employee engagement initiatives, overseeing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Responsibilities also include supporting workforce planning, salary and payroll processing, grievance handling, and promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Onboarding skills, including sourcing, screening, and hiring talent.
• Employee Engagement, Training, and Development expertise to enhance team performance and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Payroll Management for compliance and operational efficiency.
• Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Skills to maintain effective relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Experience in workforce planning and HR operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus.
