Shift Time: 6 30 a m 3 30 p m (Japan Shift timing) Location: Marisoft IT Park III, West Wing, 2nd Floor, Kalyani Nagar, Pune Total Experience: Fresher to 1+ years in core IT recruitmen For about 20+ years, we have been in this market, We have our headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, We have about 300+ employees working in it, Responsibilities You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation, You will source, screen, and interview candidates based on technical and cultural fit, Coordinating the interview process and ensuring a smooth experience for both the candidate and the hiring team, Conducting candidate reference checks and background screenings as required, Facilitating job offers and employment negotiations while ensuring a positive candidate experience, Managing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs, Maintaining strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have, Collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly, Experience working in international markets (UK, Europe, USA/APAC), understanding market-specific nuances and hiring needs, Ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, Handling candidate feedback and ensuring continuous improvements in the recruitment process, Reporting on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, Providing valuable insights to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability, Maintaining an up-to-date database of potential candidates for ongoing recruitment needs, Participating in employer branding efforts to enhance company visibility in the competitive talent market, Knowledge and experience working with diverse IT skills (open to domestic IT companies hiring experience as well), ?
