Role Purpose As the Manager - Billing & Estimation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our projects. You will be responsible for precise quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and billing, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timeline while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), rate analysis, and cost estimates for interior and civil works. Site Verification: Conduct site measurements and validate executed quantities against approved drawings. Vendor & Client Billing: Prepare and certify vendor/contractor bills based on site progress. Assist in preparing client running bills and final bills with supporting documentation. Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and the procurement team to validate quantities and rates. Cost Tracking: Monitor project costs, track budgets, and highlight variances to management. Material Reconciliation: Reconcile material consumption and wastage with procurement and site records. Skills: Strong knowledge of measurement, estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis. Familiarity with interior finishes, civil works, and basic MEP quantities. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/billing software. Ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications. Analytical mindset with strong numerical accuracy.
