Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Delhi Company: Beyond Designs Experience: 7+ years Job Type: Full-time About Beyond Designs: Beyond Designs is a leading name in luxury interiors, offering bespoke furniture, decor, and design solutions. We are looking for a Accountants Manager with strong experience in financial management, taxation, and auditing to oversee our accounting operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings. Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow management. Work with auditors for timely financial audits and tax assessments. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Implement and improve internal financial controls. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial matters. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably in the retail, design, or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. Experience in auditing and compliance management. Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
