Beyond Designs is a leading name in luxury interiors, offering bespoke furniture, decor, and design solutions. We are looking for a Accountants Manager with strong experience in financial management, taxation, and auditing to oversee our accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings.
• Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow management.
• Work with auditors for timely financial audits and tax assessments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Implement and improve internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably in the retail, design, or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in auditing and compliance management.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
