Role Summary

What Youll Do

  • Own trials to conversion:

    qualify trials, set up success plans, connect, demonstrate and guide users to first AI shortlist in lessthan 72hrs.
  • Onboard & activate:

    run quick training sessions, share checklists, and ensure core modules (AI shortlist, scheduling) are adopted.
  • Drive renewals & expansion:

    run QBRs, quantify ROI, scope/price seat & feature expansions, and close on time.
  • Multi-thread accounts:

    engage TA leadership, HR Ops/IT (SSO/SCIM), Security/Procurement, and hiring managers.
  • Voice of Customer:

    document feedback/themes, influence roadmap, coordinate betas.
  • Hygiene & process:

    maintain CRM notes, health scores, risks, renewal dates, and next steps.

What Youll Bring

  • 35 years

    in Account Management / Customer Success / Onboarding at a

    B2B SaaS

    (HRTech/ATS/recruiting tools a plus).
  • Proven record hitting

    renewal/expansion

    targets and converting

    trials/pilots

    .
  • Strong demo & enablement skills; comfortable guiding short hands-on product sessions.
  • Light technical fluency: Integrations (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever/Zoho/Darwinbox/iCIMS), SSO basics, data flows.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination across multiple accounts.
  • Tools: CRM (Freshsales/HubSpot/Salesforce), Calendly/Zoom, G-Suite or M365; Loom. (Basic Sheets/Excel/SQL a plus.)

Nice to have

  • Supported customers in

    US/UK/Canada

    time zones; comfortable with

    evening IST overlaps

    (for India roles).
  • Experience building ROI models, running QBRs with director/C-level, and navigating security/procurement reviews.
