Account Manager

As an Account Manager in the Developer Sales team based in Guwahati, you will be responsible for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing data to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and tracking other important parameters. - Executing client acquisition campaigns and lead generation activities to establish the brand as a flagship brand for Property Services in the region. - Ensuring service delivery to guarantee client retention and references. - Providing market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the marketing team for launching the right promotional and customer communication initiatives. - Achieving targets in the designated areas by developing and maintaining databases, regular reporting, and follow-ups. - Playing a crucial role in B2B frontline sales by mapping new projects and builders in the designated territories, acquiring new projects and builders to ensure coverage across the territory, and meeting revenue and coverage targets. Qualifications required for this role: - A graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales responsibility. - Previous experience in real estate, e-commerce, or online business. - Strong presentation skills. - Passion for selling. - Personal ambition, resilience, and persistence. - Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
