Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Filing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the student visa application process for various countries. This role requires thorough knowledge of visa documentation, application procedures, and embassy regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end visa filing processes for countries such as Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and others. Prepare, review, and submit visa applications with accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with students for the collection of documents and timely submission. Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, embassy rules, and application formats. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa centers as needed. Guide students on visa interview procedures and requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all applications. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visa filing or a similar role in the overseas education industry. In-depth understanding of visa procedures and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Previous experience with education or immigration consultancies. Qualification: Graduate in any relevant field.
