Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns through WhatsApp to drive engagement and lead generation. Manage and maintain customer communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses. Create and share promotional content, offers, and updates aligned with marketing goals. Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements for better reach and conversion. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
