Job Description

We’re looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage our digital communication and bulk messaging campaigns for industrial refrigeration projects.
If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and have a knack for digital outreach — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Execute bulk WhatsApp messaging campaigns using company-approved tools.
Manage customer databases and ensure timely follow-up messages.
Assist in preparing marketing content and promotional messages.
Track engagement and report campaign performance.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation.

Requirements:

Graduate in any field (Marketing / IT preferred).
Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API / bulk messaging platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
