Full job description Delivery Boy Responsibilities Efficiently manage and execute daily delivery tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Maintain transportation vehicles and notify management of any vehicle issues or required maintenance. Support the logistics team by delivering items to specified destinations with adherence to delivery schedules. Maintain up-to-date delivery records and comply with company policies and legal requirements. Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates on delivery status and handling any queries or issues. Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring goods are delivered in excellent condition and collecting feedback to improve service. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to optimize routes and improve delivery processes. Required Qualifications Matriculate Driving licence Good driving skills Key Responsibilities Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and within established timelines, maintaining customer satisfaction at all times. Accurately manage delivery documentation, including delivery receipts and customer feedback forms. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to management for prompt resolution. Participate in training sessions to enhance delivery skills and stay updated with company policies. Foster positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any delivery-related concerns. Assist in optimizing delivery routes and processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery team.
