UK Counsellor

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Counsellor with 4–5 years of experience to provide individual and group support to clients facing personal, academic, career, and family-related challenges. The role involves client assessment, development of intervention plans, and collaboration with community resources, with a strong emphasis on cultural sensitivity and client-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling sessions. Develop personalized intervention and action plans. Conduct client assessments and maintain confidential records. Engage with community resources and refer clients as needed. Promote mental health awareness through outreach programs. Stay updated on best practices and maintain relevant certifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field. 2–3 years of overseas counseling experience preferred in overseas counseling or B2B sales . Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity. Proficient in counseling tools and software.
