Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to handle the complete accounting and compliance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and balance sheet finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Support in audit processes and coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong academic background in Accounting and Finance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and other accounting software.
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Soft-spoken, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / Intermediate / ICAW or equivalent professional certification.
• Prior experience in managing accounting and compliance functions in a corporate setup.

Location: South Delhi/ East Delhi (Preferred)
