Job Description

As an Account Manager Supply at Kolo, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end relationship with service professionals in Trivandrum. This role requires a mix of strategic account management and on-ground execution to ensure active engagement of professionals on the Kolo platform. Your tasks will include: - Owning and managing relationships with a portfolio of professionals such as architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors - Meeting professionals on-ground regularly at their offices, project sites, or showrooms to build trust and ensure ongoing engagement - Driving onboarding, quality control, and performance tracking of professionals on the platform - Ensuring professionals complete and maintain high-quality profiles including project uploads, service details, and pricing - Educating professionals on Kolo's lead generation, branding, and business tools and ensuring they actively adopt and use these features - Monitoring lead engagement, ensuring timely responses from professionals, and helping them close opportunities efficiently - Acting as the single point of contact for issue resolution, feedback collection, and performance improvement - Collaborating closely with internal teams (Ops, Product, Support) to enhance supply experience and retention Qualifications for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or relationship handling, preferably in a high-touch or on-ground role - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong ownership mindset and willingness to travel frequently within the city - Experience or interest in the construction, design, or real estate domain is a bonus Kolo is a technology platform that revolutionizes how homeowners build and design their dream homes.
