As an Account Manager Supply at Kolo, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end relationship with service professionals in Trivandrum. Your responsibilities will involve a combination of strategic account management and on-ground execution. By actively engaging with professionals on the Kolo platform, you will be instrumental in understanding their needs, supporting their growth, and driving platform adoption. Your key responsibilities will include owning and managing relationships with a diverse portfolio of professionals such as architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Meeting professionals on-ground regularly at their offices, project sites, or showrooms will be essential to build trust and ensure ongoing engagement. You will drive onboarding, quality control, and performance tracking of professionals on the platform, ensuring they complete and maintain high-quality profiles with project uploads, service details, pricing, etc. In addition, you will educate professionals on Kolo's lead generation, branding, and business tools, ensuring they actively adopt and utilize these features. Monitoring lead engagement, ensuring timely responses from professionals, and assisting them in closing opportunities efficiently will be part of your responsibilities. You will act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, feedback collection, and performance improvement while collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance the supply experience and retention. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in account management, business development, or relationship handling, preferably in a high-touch or on-ground capacity. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a strong ownership mindset and willingness to travel frequently within the city. Experience or interest in the construction, design, or real estate domain would be considered a bonus.
