Account Manager

As a Manager Accounts, your role will involve overseeing the overall accounting, taxation, and compliance functions of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Income Tax & Compliance: - Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns for the company and individuals. - Ensuring timely compliance with TDS/TCS provisions, including return filing and reconciliation. - Representing the company before tax authorities and handling income tax assessment hearings. - Accounting & Finalization: - Supervising day-to-day accounting operations to maintain accurate financial records. - Conducting ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and ensuring proper documentation. - Finalizing Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Accounts as per statutory requirements. - GST Compliance: - Managing GST reconciliation, return filing, and documentation. - Providing support during account finalization and assessments from a GST perspective. - Audit & Controls: - Ensuring timely completion of Statutory Audit and Tax Audit. - Implementing and monitoring compliance with Internal Control Systems and Accounts Manual. - Coordinating with auditors and stakeholders for audit-related queries and compliance. Your skills and attributes should include: - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively. **Qualification Required:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) This is a full-time, permanent position located in Panchkula.
