About the Role:

In this role, you will be the driving force behind building our brand presence. You will craft compelling narratives, manage our digital community, and forge strong relationships with media and influencers to position Beyond Designs as the definitive leader in interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end PR and communication strategies to amplify our brand story.
• Social Media Mastery: Manage, grow, and engage our community across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Houzz, Pinterest) through powerful visual storytelling.
• Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality content including project showcases, client testimonials, design tips, and industry insights.
• Media & Influencer Relations: Build and maintain valuable relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and key industry publications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our design and project teams to capture beautiful content and latest updates.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor social media insights, analyze performance metrics, and use data to refine content strategies for maximum impact.
• PR Management: Handle press releases, media inquiries, and coordinate interviews and features.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent and elevated brand message across all communication channels.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in PR and social media management.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in the interior design, architecture, or creative industry is a significant advantage.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing visual content (photo/video).
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools.
• A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and a passion for interior design trends.
• A creative, collaborative, and proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
