Job Overview:

The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The candidate will also support administrative and coordination tasks while learning practical HR functions in a creative and design-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through Indeed and other job portals.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Help in drafting and posting job descriptions for various roles.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Coordinate with internal departments for attendance, leaves, and employee queries.
• Assist in HR documentation, record maintenance, and filing.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and office culture initiatives.
• Prepare basic HR reports and support the HR team in day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in an offline (onsite) environment.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit
