Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Kozhikode. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions, offering a valuable opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee information in the HR database.
• Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.
• Contribute to planning and executing training and development programs.
• Help draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement and team-building activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Kozhikode.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
