HR Intern

Position: HR Intern

Location: Kolkata

Stipend: INR 5,000 - INR 10,000/- (per month)

Duration: 6 months

PPO opportunity is open for deserving and promising Intern.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help in organizing and coordinating training programs and events.- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Assist in conducting employee orientations and exit interviews.- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects as required.

Requirements:

- Pursuing Final year last semester or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree/BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Proficiency in MS Office applications.- Detail-oriented and organized.- Proactive and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.- Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus.
