Job Description

● Sales Strategy & Execution ▪ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve national revenue targets by selling industrial rubber products. ▪ Connecting to clients/customers with all Inbound & Outbound Leads as per Defined Priorities. ▪ Coordinate with the Operations Team. ▪ Day-to-Day Data Upgradation on Zoho CRM. ▪ Channel Partner Acquisition ▪ Create Deals, Prepare Quotation, SO, Follow-Up & Negotiation ▪ Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. ● Relationship Management ▪ Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. ▪ Repeat Business Generation and Reference Generation. ▪ Complaint Handling. ▪ Collections of Reviews/Feedback/Testimonial Collection. ▪ Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. ● Collaboration & Reporting ▪ Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales efforts with company objectives. ▪ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; provide regular reports to senior management.
