Role Purpose

As the Manager - Billing & Estimation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our high-end projects. You will be responsible for precise cost estimation, billing, and vendor management, directly supporting our mission to deliver unparalleled design solutions within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Develop detailed cost estimates, rate analysis, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for luxury interior and fit-out projects.
• Technical Review: Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents to derive accurate quantities and costing.
• Client & Vendor Billing: Prepare and verify client bills (RA Bills, Final Bills) and scrutinize vendor/contractor bills against work orders and site measurements.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs, identify variances, and report deviations to ensure financial discipline.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to validate estimates and budgets.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to contractual terms, company policies, and statutory requirements (GST, TDS). Prepare MIS reports on project financials.
• Database Management: Maintain an updated database of material, labor, and service rates to support accurate estimations.
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying.
• Experience: 8–10 years of experience in billing and estimation within the interior design or fit-out industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Knowledge of contract terms and basic taxation (GST, TDS).
