Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Manage and supervise the entire furniture manufacturing process, from initial design to final product delivery, ensuring timely and efficient production schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to uphold the company's standards of excellence in all products.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and labor to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure that client specifications are accurately translated into the final product.
• Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8-15 years of experience in production management within the luxury furniture manufacturing sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in production management software and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
