Role Purpose

As the Assistant Manager HR, you will develop and execute HR strategies aligned with our business goals, ensuring a productive and engaged workforce. You’ll be the backbone of HR operations, from talent acquisition to employee welfare, performance management, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

· Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

· Employee Engagement: Organize welfare activities, conduct satisfaction surveys, and foster a positive work environment.

· HR Operations: Manage payroll coordination, attendance/leave records, and HR automation.

· Grievance & Compliance: Address employee concerns, ensure policy adherence, and support disciplinary actions.

· Performance Management: Administer appraisals and track employee progress.

· Culture Champion: Promote cross-functional collaboration and maintain a transparent, inclusive workplace.

Who We’re Looking For

Education: Postgraduate in HR (preferred).

Experience: 3–5 years in a Business HR role, with expertise in HR systems/policies.

Skills:

· Functional: Process excellence, solution-oriented mindset.

· Behavioral: Accountability, relationship-building, problem-solving.
