Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end Employee Life Cycle (onboarding to exit)

  • Drive employee engagement and connect initiatives

  • Handle recruitment of third-party payroll employees

  • Act as HR SPOC for queries and employee support

  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the C&B team

  • Manage exit formalities including interviews & F&F settlements

  • Prepare HR analytics and reporting using MS Excel

  • This role requires strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive a positive employee experience.
