Job Description

Position Overview

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, select, and hire top talent. This role ensures a positive candidate experience, partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and supports employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of roles.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide feedback and recommend top candidates to hiring managers.

2. Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Support employer branding efforts through social media and recruitment campaigns.
  • Attend job fairs, career events, and networking activities to expand the talent pipeline.

3. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline data, etc.).

4. Onboarding & Coordination

  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, background screening, and documentation.
  • Support smooth onboarding by working with HR and department managers.
  • Ensure new hires have a positive transition into the organization.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience using ATS tools and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
