WE ARE HIRING for RECRUITER!!

We're seeking a dynamic and technically proficient RECRUITER who excels at sourcing candidates for both IT and Non- IT. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, solid knowledge of IT skillsets, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the Client's requirements.

Use advanced sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and reports.

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.

Coordinate onboarding and documentation with selected candidates.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Work closely with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company s hiring needs for each position.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or Technical education background is a plus

Required minimum 1+ Years of relevant experience.

Excellent understanding of various IT technologies and terminologies

Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work location: Tiruchirappalli

Work Mode: Work from Office
