Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in Automation / Industrial Automation hiring. The candidate should have excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills, along with a stable career history and a commitment to quality recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automation and Engineering roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for future manpower needs.
• Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.

• Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment, preferably in Automation / Engineering industry.
• Stability Criteria:
• 3 years’ experience – no job changes (continuous employment).
• 5 years’ experience – only one job change acceptable.
• Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Location: Must currently reside in Delhi / NCR.
• Proficient in recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
