HR Recruiter



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process
  • Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages
  • Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to management


Eligibility Criteria

  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in Non IT Recruitment is a plus
