About the Role

HR Recruiter


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Work with EM Leadership team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and candidate databases.


HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle HR documentation, employee records, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and address employee queries promptly.


Performance Evaluation & Reporting

  • Coordinate and facilitate the performance appraisal process across teams.
  • Compile, analyse, and present performance evaluation data and insights.
  • Support leadership team in preparing review reports and feedback summaries.
  • Track performance improvement plans and monitor progress.


Event Coordination (Study Abroad & Engagement)

  • Plan and execute study abroad information sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with academic counsellors and external partners for event logistics.
  • Manage event communications, registrations, and participation tracking.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events in both online and offline formats.

Digital Activities & Employer Branding

  • Manage HR digital platforms including job portals, HRMS, LinkedIn, and career page.
  • Drive HR-related digital campaigns, social media announcements, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Optimize job postings and digital content using

    SEO techniques

    to boost visibility.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics, digital engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Manage digital activities to increase Student’s participation in events(Online, On-campus, In person).


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or coordination roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
