10. Offboarding

11. Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance

13. HRIS and data management

14. Employee retention

-HR Recruiter

1. Filling positions within an organization.

2. Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.

3. Developing own network of suitable candidates.

4. Handling of administration and record-keeping.

5. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

6. Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

7. Drafting and posting job descriptions.

8. Interviewing candidates.

9. Preparing job offers.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years experience as an HR.

2. Excellent communication skills.

3. Proficient in Excel, MS Word
