HR Professional

We are seeking a proactive HR professional to join our team and manage a variety of human resource functions, from onboarding to employee support. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for employee engagement and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date employee data, contracts, and personal files. Ensure data accuracy in internal HR databases. Payroll Support: Gather and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing. Address and resolve salary and payroll queries. Policy Compliance & Development: Monitor adherence to HR policies and legal regulations. Collaborate in updating and implementing HR policies. New Employee Onboarding: Guide new hires through onboarding procedures and documentation. Coordinate login ID creation and workspace arrangements. Employee Exit Process: Manage the full exit cycle, including interviews and clearance. Ensure proper documentation and final settlement compliance. Attendance & Leave Tracking: Maintain leave and attendance records across departments. Provide support for any related employee concerns. Grievance Handling & HR Support: Be the first point of contact for HR-related issues. Escalate unresolved matters to senior HR team members. Ideal Candidate: Holds a Bachelor's degree (mandatory). Brings 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role. Has excellent communication, analytical, and people skills. Demonstrates leadership qualities and a solution-oriented mindset.
