With over 20 properties and 700+ rooms, we are committed to redefining urban living for young professionals and students.We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to join our team and help build strong, engaged, and high-performing teams across our operations Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (operations, facility management, sales, and corporate).Create effective job postings, screen applicants, and conduct interviews.Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Employee Engagement & CultureFoster a positive workplace aligned with Blossom Stayz values of affordability, comfort, and community.Plan team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.Act as a bridge between management and staff to ensure open communication.HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.Draft HR policies, contracts, and employee handbooks.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Performance Management & TrainingCoordinate appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.Track employee performance and assist managers in improving productivity.Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.Payroll & BenefitsWork with accounts to ensure timely payroll processing.Manage employee benefits, incentives, and welfare activities.
