Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR professional to join our team at Panacorp Software Solutions, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
