Key Highlights:

Responsibilities:

Performance & Talent Management:

Design and implement performance management programs, career development plans, and succession planning.

Identify best practices in talent management and organizational effectiveness.

Work closely with the Rewards & Performance Management Head to align strategies.

Payroll & Attendance Management:

Coordinate and evaluate attendance management per month though ERP system.

Put Input in Payroll and compliance.

Manage the payroll, compliance & attendance.

Job Evaluation & Competency Development:

Establish and maintain job evaluation methodologies to determine fair compensation structures.

Define competencies, skills, and performance measures for each role to support business performance.

Ensure that job roles are aligned with the overall organizational structure and effectiveness.

Employee Engagement & Development:

Manage assessment centers for senior management promotions.

Design development plans and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to implement training programs.

Use performance data to drive strategic decision-making and ensure effective employee engagement.

Process Improvement:

Regularly review and enhance the performance management systems and employee motivation plans.

Ensure high potential career development programs are effectively implemented across the organization.

Provide analytics and recommend solutions for operational improvements.

Key Metrics for Success:

Comprehensive job role creation aligned with organizational goals.

Successful execution of job evaluation methodologies.

Effective design of functional structures to foster internal synergies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

Technical Skills: Exposure to job evaluation methodologies, performance management systems, and talent management practices.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Abilities: Analytical thinking conflict resolution, and the ability to work under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Capable of influencing senior management and ensuring the execution of talent strategies.

This position is crucial for an experienced HR professional who has a deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and performance systems, and can drive improvements in these areas while aligning them with business goals.
