What You’ll Do:

Drive HR operations end‑to‑end: recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management.
Lead process improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure SLA compliance.
Oversee administration: vendor management, facilities, procurement, and workplace safety.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and data privacy protocols.
Manage benefits and compensation cycles, liaising with brokers and carriers.
Support employee relations with documentation, performance management, and leave administration.

What We’re Looking For:

8-10 Years of experience
Strong HR operations background with hands‑on HRIS expertise.
Detail‑oriented, compliance‑driven, and passionate about process improvement.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across teams.
5 days work from office
