HR Operations Specialist

As a Specialist, HR Shared Services at Hitachi Digital, your role is crucial in providing prompt, accurate, and consistent HR support to employees in India. Your main responsibilities will include: - Employee Onboarding Management: - Managing the complete pre-boarding and onboarding lifecycle for new employees. - Ensuring timely collection, verification, and processing of all required new hire documentation. - Conducting HR-related induction and orientation sessions. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS. - HR Ticket Handling and Query Resolution: - Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via the ticketing system. - Managing and resolving a high volume of tickets related to various HR topics. - Ensuring all tickets are logged, categorized, tracked, and resolved within SLAs. - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments. - Compliance and Audit Support: - Ensuring strict compliance with local Indian labor laws and company policies. - Supporting internal and external HR audits by providing necessary documentation and data. Qualifications required for this role: - 3-4 years of experience in HR with a focus on onboarding and compliance. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of statutory labor laws and regulations. - Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, experience in a high-growth environment, and familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
