HR Operations Specialist

As a HR Operations Specialist at Thoucentric, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in HR Operations within a people-centric consulting organization. Your role will involve leveraging your HR knowledge to make informed decisions that impact HR processes, systems, and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees, facilitating their integration into the organization through well-structured processes and experiences. - Conduct background verification (BGV) and maintain statutory records with meticulous documentation. - Demonstrate understanding of basic HR processes and their implications in HRMS. - Uphold HRMS data governance throughout the employee lifecycle. - Cascade HR policies effectively and ensure their implementation across the organization. - Act as a champion for employee mobility, supporting transitions for domestic and international regions. - Generate reports and analyze HR data, providing assistance during audit processes and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. - Address all employee HR-related queries through a ticketing system within defined service level agreements (SLAs). - Manage post-exit transactions for alumni and nurture relationships with ex-employees. - Handle leave management processes, including query resolution, activation, validation, and communication. - Preferably have hands-on experience with Zoho or any other HRMS platform. Qualifications Required: - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders. - Demonstrated work ethics, trustworthiness, and integrity in handling sensitive HR information. - Attention to detail and accuracy in work, maintaining confidentiality at all times. - Willingness to think creatively, learn in a non-traditional setting, and explore new ideas. - Openness to trying new approaches and completing tasks efficiently.
