  • Manage the complete pre-boarding and onboarding lifecycle for new hires.
  • Ensure timely collection, verification, and processing of all required new hire documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless Day 1 experience.
  • Conduct HR-related induction and orientation sessions explaining company policies and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Handle and resolve HR-related queries from employees, managers, and external partners via the HR Shared Services ticketing system.
